30-day money-back guarantee

Jamerican Travel LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

  1. Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Submit a refund request through the order page, or
  3. Email us at support@jamericantravel.com and we will assist with the request through Paddle.

Cancellations and renewals

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal accessible on the Pricing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Plan changes (upgrades and downgrades) are pro-rated and applied immediately by Paddle.

Beyond the 30-day window

After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in line with Paddle's Refund Policy.
